Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administration and/or HR.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Myanmar labor laws is an advantage.
  • Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
  • Experience in the energy or related sector is a plus, but not required.

 

Job Descriptions

  • Oversee office operations, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Organize and maintain company documents, filing systems, and databases.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting arrangements.
  • Support logistics, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across departments.
  • Assist with recruitment, job postings, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, attendance, leave).
  • Support payroll preparation by providing necessary data.
  • Coordinate staff engagement activities and employee communications.
  • Assist with performance review and training processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.

 

Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
