Job requirement

  • Bachelor or University Degree Holder, Diploma or Certificate related to HR is preferable
  • 1 year’ experience in related field
  • Good Organizational Skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Key Responsibility

  • Support the HR department with essential clerical, administrative, and data management tasks, including coordinating benefits, maintaining employee records, managing HRIS data, and archiving employee and event photos. This role will help streamline daily operations to ensure the HR team functions efficiently and provides high-quality service to employees.
  • Employee Benefits Administration: Serve as a liaison for employee benefits, ensuring employees
    receive timely and accurate information and support.
  • HRIS Data Management: Maintain and update employee personnel data within the HRIS system,
    ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with privacy policies.
  • HR Operations Support: Support HR operations in recruitment, employee relations, and daily
    attendance tracking. Manage SSB processes and assist in C&B data provision.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Manage HR documentation and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Monitor regulatory updates and adjust as needed Organize and catalog employee and event photos for internal use and archiving. Provide support for internal and external audits by ensuring documentation compliance and availability.
  • Corporate Communication Support: Facilitate HR updates and ensure employees are informed
    about relevant organizational information.
  • Project Assistance: Provide assistance on HR projects and other HR assignments as required.

Working Hour: 9:00A.M to 5:00P.M.
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday and public holiday
