Job Requirements

  • Education – Any University Graduated.
  • Experience- At least 6 years of managing level experience in HR & Admin work.
  • Age-Above 35 years old
  • Must have Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management (more prefer in HR Certified Professional Holder as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP & SHRM-SCP.)
  • MBA or MBA in Human Resources Management is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Must have strong team spirit, proactive attitude, service-minded approach, impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of relevant labor laws essential for fulfilling job duties and responsibilities.
  • Must have comprehensive understanding of office management processes and deep understanding of budgeting best practices.

Job Descriptions

  • To develop and implement HR strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
  • To oversee the day-to-day activity of the Human Resources Department and ensure that all tasks and functions of the department are carried out properly.
  • To supervise the development of comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, recruiting, hiring and oriented talent, to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
  • To develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefit plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
  • To be continuous analysis of market competitiveness and retum on investment of total rewards practices and programs.
  • To develop, implement and oversee an employee appraisal system and performance management system that aligns with the company strategies and drives high performance.
  • To support employee performance through HR policies, development and training programs.
  • To develop and implement comprehensive training programs by collaborating with subject matter experts to develop and deliver that align with company goals and objectives.
  • To direct the development training and skills building of the human capital to prepare them for future growth for the company and individual career paths.
  • To ensure employee safety and well-being through HR initiated benefits and programs.
  • To ensure proper absence, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness and other cases management as needed to run smoothly employee relations.
  • To follow EE survey process, identify areas for improvement, coordinate actions plans and follow-up for better EE Engagement
  • To represent the company in labor-related concems and issues to third party and regional teams.
  • To work closely with Department Heads across the business to identify and assess areas for capability development and implement and manage plans to address gaps.
  • To build and promote a positive and healthy working environment for the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and customer focus.
  • To oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including branch maintenance, office supplies procurement, and facility maintenance.
  • To ensure a safe, secure and well-maintained facilities that meet environmental, health and security standards.
  • To ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
  • To ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • To oversee day-to-day fleet operations in Yangon and other branches.
  • To monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • To manage the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and electrical systems.
  • To organize and supervise office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, etc).
  • To keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
  • To ensure processes and procedures comply with relevant policies and regulations.
  • To collaborate with finance and accounting teams to prepare budgets, track expenses, and optimize cost-saving opportunities.
  • To undertake other duties and responsibilities as may assign by the Management from time to time or as when necessary for the effective realizations of the job purpose

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00AM to 5:00 PM)

Saturday (8:00AM to 12:00PM)

Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
