Job Requirements
At least over 1-year experience of HR Assistant
Must be proficient in English speaking skill
Problem solving skill, negotiation skill is a-must
Job Descriptions
Handling recruitment and onboarding process of new hired employees
Handling payroll calculation, SSB and PIT payment
Keeping and updating the information of the staff (both Local and Foreigners)
Handling Foreigners’ Visa Extension, FRC Extension, Form C registration
Cooperating with Administrator relating with the Foreigners’ Accommodation
Assisting Business Manager for daily operations
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
