Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or related subject and at least 7-10 years’ experience in related field.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience in leading a team comprising both experienced HR professionals and entry-level learners.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; consistently maintains a professional and approachable
    demeanor when engaging with stakeholders.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision; able to understand and execute complex
    tasks with accuracy.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, commitment, and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Skilled in managing sensitive employee relations matters with neutrality, diplomacy, and resilience
    under pressure.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality; well-versed in local labor laws, income tax regulations, and social
    security (SSB) requirements.
  • Confident, composed, and mature, with a high degree of discretion and sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with the emotional maturity to handle
    challenging situations constructively

JOB DUTIES

  • Learning & Development: Holds primary responsibility for enhancing employee capabilities by planning, organizing, and continuously improving training programs in alignment with business needs and skill requirements. Duties include developing and managing the training budget, conducting training needs analysis, and executing comprehensive training plans. Additionally, responsible for staying informed on market trends and best practices to design and implement an HROD Team Development Plan that aligns with both divisional and organizational goals.
  • Performance Management: Actively involved in the implementation and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic business objectives. During the planning phase, responsible for reviewing and analyzing Key Result Areas (KRAs) to confirm consistency with system standards and organizational goals. Ensure effective communication and cascading of performance management guidelines to both new and existing employees. Oversee the performance review process to validate that individual ratings are aligned with established criteria and system guidelines. Responsible for preparing the consolidated corporate performance summary and maintaining accurate individual performance data. Collaborate closely with all divisions to support the successful execution of the Performance Management System. Proactively identify and implement system enhancements that drive higher organizational productivity and performance outcomes.
  • Organization Development: Responsible for initiating programs to update and cascade the organization’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values across all levels. Support the design and implementation of succession planning initiatives, including the monitoring/organizing of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) across divisions. Take a lead role in organizing and participating in employee activities and other Organization Development (OD) programs that promote employee engagement and cultural alignment.
  • Employee Relation: Initiate and support all HR Related policy and procedure to revise, communicate and cascade. Support policies that help ensure legal and policy compliance and promote a positive environment and culture within the organization. Initiate and update onboarding program for new employees and coordination with Division Heads to get better result and productivity in the workplace.
  • Talent Acquisition: Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates in alignment with the workforce needs of business units. Develop and manage the annual recruitment budget, and regularly assess the cost of turnover and productivity loss. Conduct in-depth analysis of turnover trends and resignation patterns to identify root causes and recommend effective talent attraction and retention strategies. Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through strategic networking with both internal and external sources. Continuously enhance recruitment procedures to ensure operational efficiency and timely hiring. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Division.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
