Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, insurance).
- Support payroll preparation and calculate overtime.
- Prepare HR-related documents and reports for internal use about attendance, Finger print .
- Coordinate with other departments for HR-related needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
- Diploma in HR Management is a plus.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
