Job Descriptions
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations, and international labor standards.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and update internal policies accordingly.
- Prepare for and coordinate third-party audits (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, ISO).
- Conduct internal compliance audits regularly and implement corrective action plans (CAPs) as necessary.
- Develop, update, and implement factory compliance policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with buyer Codes of Conduct and factory certifications.
- Conduct training programs for staff and workers on compliance issues such as workplace rights, health and safety, anti-harassment, etc.
- Foster a culture of transparency, ethics, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain records related to labor contracts, working hours, wage payments, and grievance redressal.
- Prepare compliance reports for management and clients.
- Liaise with government officials, NGOs, third-party auditors, and buyers’ compliance teams.
- Coordinate responses to buyer inquiries and CAP implementation.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Half of Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays
