Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3 years experience in related field.
  • Prepare for Daily Attendance, OT, Leave, Late
  • Handle by HR Management Report for daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Handle record by Turnover Rate, Head count and employee data base
  • Handle by Leave Balance

Job Descriptions

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee attendance.
  • Monitor and track employee attendance through the designated system or process.
  • Address discrepancies in attendance records and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
  • Track and manage overtime hours worked by employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws regarding overtime.
  • Communicate with department heads and employees to clarify overtime policies and procedures.
  • Implement and enforce attendance and overtime policies consistently.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about relevant labor laws and regulations related to attendance and overtime.
  • Generate regular reports on attendance and overtime for management review.
  • Analyze trends and patterns in attendance and overtime data.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Communicate with employees regarding attendance expectations, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other HR professionals and department heads to address attendance-related issues.
  • Conduct training sessions or workshops on attendance and overtime policies as needed.
  • Maintain confidential employee records related to attendance and overtime.
  • Ensure that documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist to the necessary assistant for recruitment, onboarding, employee relation, learning and development and compensation process.
  • Support office daily operation process and handle to HR Management report.

Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday(Alternate), Sunday & Public Holiday
