Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management.
  • 3 Years experiences in HR operation & recruitment skills.
  • Able to communicate in English (Speaking and Writing).

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in payroll, SSB, PIT, Leaves & recruitment
  • Accomplishes HR Function & organization mission by supporting to other departments as needed
  • Source potential candidates from various channels including job fairs and recruitmentSZ agencies
  • Interview candidates
  • Updating employee data and maintain
  • Strong handling in case problem solving
  • Analysis on staffs performance during probation and KPI
  • Giving awareness training to staffs for compliance of company rule and regulation
  • Required to have counselling skills and positive attitude
  • Outstanding communication skills and strong in time management also interpersonal skills

 

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (3:00PM), Sunday & Public Holidays
