Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree or an HR professional certificate is preferred.
  • Proven 3 years’ experience in Payroll related matters, SSB, EC contract, Recruitment Support, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Descriptions

  • Accurately process payrolls for all employees monthly.
  • Calculate and process various payroll components, including wages, overtime, deductions, SSB other allowances and bonuses.
  • Stay up to date with tax regulations at the federal, state, and local levels and ensure accurate tax withholdings.
  • To validate and update employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, SSB and tax matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain meticulous payroll records and generate reports for audits and reporting purposes. Implement and improve payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, labor regulations, and company policies.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
