Job Descriptions

  • Daily check HR Software, Attendance record and Leave for all Company.
  • SSB office process and Personal Income Tax process.
  • Maintain HR documents, Employees’ CV, Employment Agreements and Contracts.
  • Uploading vacancy announcement for vacant position on social media and collecting CV.
  • Screening CV and prepare interview process for related department.
  • Preparation letter of appointment, confirmation, warning, termination, HR related letter.
  • Responsible for the preparation of rules & regulations for staff.
  • Solving of Staff issues and disputes.
  • Handle full cycle of monthly payroll processing.
  • Support for Audit Process.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Handle and Manage office expense and some administrative job.
  • Purchasing Stationery and Office needs.
  • Manage the overall trip plan and staff party.
  • Assist to GM.

 

 Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated.
  • Must have Diploma in HRM or HRD.
  • Must have 3 years and above experienced in related field.
  • Able to work under pressure and limited deadline.
  • Solid understanding of Labor Legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and experience in HR Software.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive Attitude, willing to learn and Team building skills

 

Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Holidays:  Saturday ,Sunday & Public Holidays
