Job Descriptions
- Daily check HR Software, Attendance record and Leave for all Company.
- SSB office process and Personal Income Tax process.
- Maintain HR documents, Employees’ CV, Employment Agreements and Contracts.
- Uploading vacancy announcement for vacant position on social media and collecting CV.
- Screening CV and prepare interview process for related department.
- Preparation letter of appointment, confirmation, warning, termination, HR related letter.
- Responsible for the preparation of rules & regulations for staff.
- Solving of Staff issues and disputes.
- Handle full cycle of monthly payroll processing.
- Support for Audit Process.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Handle and Manage office expense and some administrative job.
- Purchasing Stationery and Office needs.
- Manage the overall trip plan and staff party.
- Assist to GM.
Job Requirements
- Any Graduated.
- Must have Diploma in HRM or HRD.
- Must have 3 years and above experienced in related field.
- Able to work under pressure and limited deadline.
- Solid understanding of Labor Legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and experience in HR Software.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive Attitude, willing to learn and Team building skills
Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Holidays: Saturday ,Sunday & Public Holidays
