Job Description
- Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with company standards and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, government regulations, and statutory compliance including ESI, PF, Factory Act, and other related legislation.
- Act as a key point of contact for employee relations and disciplinary procedures, ensuring a consistent and fair approach.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and overall discipline of employees and initiate corrective ac-tions as needed.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Handle grievances, conflicts, and workplace issues with effective resolution strategies.
- Maintain updated records of personnel, wages, performance, and compliance reports.
- Support the development of a positive work culture aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with department heads and management to ensure smooth HR operations on the production floor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in labour law compliance or industrial relations is an added advantage.
- Strong personality with leadership qualities and the ability to take firm decisions.
- Proven experience in HR roles within the production or manufacturing sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of labour compliance, government regulations, and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain a calm, balanced approach under pres-sure.
- Proficient in HRMS and MS Office tools.
Working Hours: 7:30AM to 4:30 PM
