Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor degree plus diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • At least (5) years’ experience in HR field and must have (2) years’ experience with HR Executive level in payroll calculations.
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

  • Handle payroll calculations, deductions, overtime and month-end summary reporting submissions.
  • Prepare payroll banking transfer lists and coordinate with banks for payroll disbursement.
  • Liaise with other departments for payroll and employee benefits.
  • Handle compensation and benefit processes including SSB, income tax and other related matters.
  • Maintain and regular update employee records including personal files, employment contracts, HR forms and other HR related documents.
  • Perform other HR duties assigned by Manager.

Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
