Job Requirements
- Any bachelor degree plus diploma in Human Resource Management.
- At least (5) years’ experience in HR field and must have (2) years’ experience with HR Executive level in payroll calculations.
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description
- Handle payroll calculations, deductions, overtime and month-end summary reporting submissions.
- Prepare payroll banking transfer lists and coordinate with banks for payroll disbursement.
- Liaise with other departments for payroll and employee benefits.
- Handle compensation and benefit processes including SSB, income tax and other related matters.
- Maintain and regular update employee records including personal files, employment contracts, HR forms and other HR related documents.
- Perform other HR duties assigned by Manager.
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
