Job Description
- Email proficiency in English (no English phone skills required).
- End to end recruitment.
- Onboarding and offboarding of new staff in Employment Hero.
- Workforce Planning.
- Contract Compliance.
- Constant update of current regulations that may affect our team.
Job design
- Performance Management.
- Training Compliance and constant update of document control and audit register spreadsheets.
- Keep record of meetings and conversations.
- Employee Relations (analyze of staff satisfaction surveys and if necessary, redesign them)
- Designing and updating of Policies and Procedures.
- Assist staff in informing about new regulations and in the steps on how to be compliant according to new regulations.
- Organize meeting agendas and minutes and be responsible for informing current, relevant and/or updated policies during service meetings.
- Design, analyze and present monthly information to the board and members of the executive committee.
- Check and inform about annual leave balances and engage with Line Managers
- Regular communication with staff to make sure they are engaged and in case they are going through special circumstances, report to Line Manager.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources preferably with what may be considered unskilled labour.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
Working Hours: 7:30AM to 3:30PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sundays & Public holidays
