Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven HR experience (including supervisory or managerial level)
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in using HR software or biometric attendance systems is an advantage
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Previous experience in the automotive or retail sector is a plus

Job Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
  • Design and enforce HR policies, procedures, and standard operating processes
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR planning and workforce management
  • Monitor and evaluate HR programs to ensure effectiveness and compliance

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Identify staffing needs and manage the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, and conduct interviews
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new hires
  • Maintain talent pipelines for future needs

Payroll & HR Operations

  • Supervise monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate compensation
  • Manage leave, attendance, overtime, and HR documentation systems
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure employee records are up-to-date and compliant
  • Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursements and tax matters

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Promote a positive and respectful work environment through active employee engagement
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure adherence to Myanmar Labor Law and internal company regulations
  • Plan and manage employee engagement events and feedback programs

Performance Management & Training

  • Oversee the performance appraisal system (KPI-based or other formats)
  • Identify training and development needs and arrange relevant programs
  • Support career development and succession planning for key positions
  • Conduct coaching or mentoring sessions for team members when necessary

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
