Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant HR experience (experience in the IT industry is preferred)
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage recruitment and conduct effective interviews
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR management systems
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Job Descriptions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments to fulfill manpower requirements
- -Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation
- Prepare and manage recruitment reports, interview evaluations, and HR metrics
- Administer employee attendance, leave management, and daily HR operations
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner using HR systems and Excel
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and confirmation letters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws and regulations
- Support employee relations by addressing HR-related queries and concerns professionally
- Assist in performance management processes and employee development
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
