Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- HR Diploma or Certificate.
- Good command in English Language.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position (FMCG Manufacturing Industry preferable).
- Familiar with Myanmar laws and regulations, its terms and conditions.
- Establish policies and procedures, rules and regulations compliance with the labor law.
- Strong experience in all task of HR.
- Payroll calculation with excel (salary, meal allowance, overtime)
- Monthly Payroll (Attendance, Deduction, Allowance, SSB, Taxation)
- Computer skills are good especially Microsoft word and advanced excel.
- Good Interpersonal skill and motivation to work together with a team.
Working Hours: 8:00AM ~ 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
