Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum (3-5) years of experience in HR operations (retail industry experience is a strong advantage).
Good understanding of HR processes (recruitment, attendance, payroll support, HR documentation).
Basic knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law and HR policies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with high integrity.
Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
Professional and disciplined work ethic.

Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays : Sunday & Public Holiday
