Job Requirements

 

  • Any graduate with Diploma (or) Certificate in Human Resources Management.
  • Age of 28 and 40
  • (5) years and above working experience in related field
  • Understanding of local labor law, Leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellence Computer (Microsoft Excel)
  • Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Able to work under pressure

 

Job Descriptions

 

  • To cover all HR Administration; recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits.
  • To make good relation with internal (employees and employer) and external environment
  • Maintain HR record, employee agreement/profiles, and documentation filing.
  • Monitor and maintain employee attendance.
  • Manage for Monthly Report to government labour office and SSB office.
  • Supervise to have systematic record keeping and personal data control
  • To support and report to Management in term of human resources issues.
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health

 

Working Hours: 8:30 AM To 5:00 PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
