Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management.
- 3 Years experiences in HR operation & recruitment skills.
- Able to communicate in English (Speaking and Writing)
Responsibilities
- Assisting in payroll, SSB, PIT, Leaves & recruitment
- Accomplishes HR Function & organization mission by supporting to other departments as needed
- Source potential candidates from various channels including job fairs and recruitment agencies
Interview candidates - Updating employee data and maintain
- Strong handling in case problem solving
- Analysis on staffs performance during probation and KPI
- Giving awareness training to staffs for compliance of company rule and regulation
- Required to have counselling skills and positive attitude
- Outstanding communication skills and strong in time management also interpersonal skills
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefit: Ferry will be provided
