Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or other related diploma
  • Proficient English language skill, verbal and written Business level English
  • Good skill of Microsoft office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR
  • Good experience in HR operation, Recruitment, Com & Ben, L & D, Employees relations
  • Strong knowledge of all relevant employee related local laws and regulations in Myanmar
  • Strong organizational and planning & communication skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

Job Summary

  • HR Executive will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR
    administration.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws and implement HR policies that foster a
    positive work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in HR best practices are essential.

Job Description

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Creating job descriptions and posting job openings.
  • Conducting interviews and facilitating the selection process.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations:

  • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Resolving conflicts and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinating employee training programs and workshops.
  • Identifying skill gaps and developing training initiatives.
  • Supporting career development and succession planning.

Performance Management:

  • Implementing performance evaluation processes.
  • Support to managers on performance-related matters.
  • Assisting in the development of performance improvement plans.

HR Administration:

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and databases.
  • Managing HR-related documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Ensuring payroll processing, benefits administration, and tax-related matters
  • Fostering and promoting strong relationships while working closely with the senior management, department heads, and employees.
  • Ensuring HR processes and policies are compliant with the prevailing laws and regulations and in
    line with the market trends.
  • Developing HR Information Systems to have effective management of HR-related information.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Check and report monthly Grap usage
  • Arrange business cards and ID cards for all staff as necessary. – Purchase stationery & pantry items monthly and Top up the monthly landline and mobile phone bills for the office and all staff.
  • Management of Cleaner – (Checklist) as necessary.

Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 50P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
