Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English and Myanmar language
  • At least 2 years’ experience in HR position, familiar with Myanmar labour law
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of local culture as well as fast growing startup culture
  • Ability and desire to learn new things and take on multiple varied tasks
  • Good judgment and problem-solving ability.

Job Description

  • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
  • Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary, benefit, and other HR related budgets
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel and hiring process
  • Conducting new employee orientations, employee relations counseling, and necessary trainings
  • Implementing and revising company’s compensation program
  • Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
  • Ensure company policies are in full compliance with Myanmar labour law; update HR policy and
  • employment contracts in accordance with Myanmar labour law
  • Managing contact information and other relevant data

Working Hour: 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday :Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
