Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA Preferable.
- Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- Age between 35 to 45 years old.
- At least 6 years of HR Management experience (Manufacturing & Trading Industry Preferable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
- Familiar with Myanmar laws and regulations, its terms, and conditions.
- Establish policies and procedures, rules, and regulations compliance with the labor law.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Preferable at the manufacturing background.
- Excellent in MS Office and management skills and reporting skills.
- Must be good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills and able to build and maintain good relations.
- Salary can negotiate upon skills & experience.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
