Job Descriptions
•Manage all spectrum of HR functions to ensure efficient and effective operations for the growth of the business.
•Development and implement recruitment strategies to attract skilled labor.
•Implement workforce planning & succession plan.
•Prepare and process payroll/PIT/SSB documents accurately and on time.
•Ensure Compliance with Myanmar Labour Law, income tax, social security board and other regulations.
•Ensure adherence to workplace’s health and safety regulations, and company policies.
•Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
•Address and resolve employee grievances and labor disputes in a timely and effective manner.
•Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring that the company’s policies remain compliant.
•Responsible for implementation of the SOPs and strong HR management system aligned with the company culture.
•Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
•Implement and perform quarterly and annual performance appraisal
•overall management of daily operation.
Job Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
•5++ years of experience in HR field as HR Manager)
•Previous Working experience in FMCG is prefered.
•Proficient in Microsoft office suite, and HRIS software.
•Strong Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
•Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skill, leadership skill, soft skill, problem solving skill.
Working Hours: (9:00) AM to (6:00) PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
