Job Requirements

• Any Graduated.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experiences in Management Role.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements

• Responsibilities for the overview of HR day-to-day process.
• Collaborate with the other HODs to create JDs and JS.
• Collaborate with the Management to create and revised company policies and procedures, Contract.
• Implement the strategy to fulfill the company’s vision and mission.
• Leading Interview program, onboarding and offboarding program.
• Responsibilities to check and approved monthly compensation process.
• Create and implement the KPI, SOP and PMS program.
• Employee relations specialist acts as a liaison between employer and employee.
• Lead TNA program and perform the requirement Training and Development program (internal and external).
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

 

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays.
