Job Requirements

  • Must have good Communication skill & Negotiation skill
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR etc.) is a plus.
  • Must be honest, good attitude, active, good communications & fast learner.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Be able to travel

Job Description

  • Understanding on Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management,
  • Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Compliance & Policies, HR Strategy & Culture and
  • Administration and so forth.
  • Must have strong management skills and be able to professionally supervise HR & Admin related work.
  • Must have Labor Law Knowledge and be able to enter/exit government offices.
  • Must be able to monitor office discipline and work duties and connect with requirements.
  • Must be able to cooperate with the team.

Working Hour: 8:00A.M to 5:00P.M.
Holiday: Sunday and Public holiday
Benefit: Ferry Will Be Provide.
