Job Requirements
- Must have good Communication skill & Negotiation skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR etc.) is a plus.
- Must be honest, good attitude, active, good communications & fast learner.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be able to travel
Job Description
- Understanding on Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management,
- Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Compliance & Policies, HR Strategy & Culture and
- Administration and so forth.
- Must have strong management skills and be able to professionally supervise HR & Admin related work.
- Must have Labor Law Knowledge and be able to enter/exit government offices.
- Must be able to monitor office discipline and work duties and connect with requirements.
- Must be able to cooperate with the team.
Working Hour: 8:00A.M to 5:00P.M.
Holiday: Sunday and Public holiday
