Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of HR experience (preferably in garment manufacturing industry)
Ability to work with 1,000 manpower
Strong understanding of Myanmar Labour Law and factory compliance standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with payroll and attendance software systems
Excellent English communication skills (speaking, writing, reading)
Ability to liaise professionally with foreign companies and stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
Proven leadership and management capabilities

Job Description

Manage recruitment processes including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding
Oversee employee discipline, company policies, and operational procedures
Organize and implement training programs for staff development
Administer HR systems including payroll, attendance, and employee records
Ensure compliance with Myanmar Labour Law and factory regulations
Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances
Prepare HR reports including headcount, salary data, and performance metrics
Communicate professionally in English with international clients, suppliers, and partners

Working Hours: 7:30AM – 5:00PM
Holidays : Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefit : Ferry will be provided
