Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English and Myanmar language
- At least 2 years’ experience in HR position, familiar with Myanmar labour law
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of local culture as well as fast growing startup culture
- Ability and desire to learn new things and take on multiple varied tasks
- Good judgment and problem-solving ability.
Job Description
- Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
- Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary, benefit, and other HR related budgets
- Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel and hiring process
- Conducting new employee orientations, employee relations counseling, and necessary trainings
- Implementing and revising company’s compensation program
- Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
- Ensure company policies are in full compliance with Myanmar labour law; update HR policy and
- employment contracts in accordance with Myanmar labour law
- Managing contact information and other relevant data
Working Hour: 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday :Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
