Job Descriptions

Developing and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts between workers and management
Addressing and resolving employee grievances and complaints on an individual basis
Coordinating performance appraisal and management systems to evaluate employee performance
Organizing and conducting employee training and development programs to improve skills and productivity
Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on HR-related data
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Developing and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment
Managing compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talented workers
Developing and implementing policies and procedures for employee management and training
Reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Leading a team to achieve departmental goals and organizational goals

Job Specification

Bachelor degree prefer diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
At least above 3 or 5 years experienced in related field and similar role
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive and innovative approach to HR challenges
Strong ethical standards and high level of professionalism
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment who interested to work under set up stage
Enthusiastic, team spirited, congenial, and personable
Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Sunday Only
