Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Diploma in Human Resources and Management or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR Function (or as HR Manager)
- Proficient in Payroll Excel, Microsoft office suite
- Strong Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skill, leadership skill, soft skill, problem solving skill.
Job Descriptions
- Management all HR functions to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Development and implement recruitment strategies to attract skilled labor.
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure Compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and labor disputes in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring that the factory remains compliant.
- Responsible for implementation of the HR management system aligned with the company culture.
- Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Implement and perform quarterly and annual performance appraisal overall management of daily operation.
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Holidays : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays”
