Job Requirements
• Any Graduate, Diploma or Certificate in HR Management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR field. (More preferable Hotel field).
• Must be familiar with Myanmar Labor Law and regulations governing Human Resources.
• Able to use computer Office application (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Internet, Email etc…)
• Manage overall human resources and administration responsibilities.
• Calculate the payroll process.
• Strong communication skill & interpersonal skill.
• Must have knowledge of team Management.
• Able to work in Chaungtha.
Working Hours: 8:00 hours per day
Holidays: One day per week
