Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5–7 years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
Job Descriptions
- Recruitment & Staffing
Plan and manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
Develop effective workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies. - Employee Relations
Build and maintain positive employee relations.
Manage grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. - Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems.
Support line managers in setting KPIs and monitoring employee performance. - Training & Development
Identify training needs and develop annual training plans.
Support employee career development and succession planning. - Compensation & Benefits
Manage payroll, leave administration, and benefits programs.
Ensure internal equity and compliance with company policies. - Policy & Compliance
Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. - HR Operations & Reporting
Maintain HR data and records accurately.
Prepare HR reports and provide insights for management decisions
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday(Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
