Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. (MBA is preferred.)
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees for performance improvement.

- Prepare reports for senior management on HR-related activities and performance.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
