- Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or HR Certification is a plus.
- Age must be 40years above.
- Minimum 5–7 years of the experience in a manufacturing (preferably garment/textile) environment.
- Overall HR functions (Recruitment, Training, Payroll and Attendance).
- Strong understanding of Myanmar Labor Law and factory compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS systems.
