Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated, Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Age (38 ~ 45)
  • Must have 5 years working experiences in HR Manager Position, more prefer construction background
  • Handling the monthly attendance and payroll process
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Planning, organizing and controlling the activities and action of HR Department
  • In-depth knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law, HR rules and regulations, procedures and functions
  • Good positive attitude & ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellence in Management Skills and reporting skills
  • Report to Managing Director and Director

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
