Job Requirements
- Any graduate
- Must have HR diploma or certificate.
- Must have over 3 years experiences in HR Manager/Assistant HR Manager position at related field.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of Myanmar labor law
- English 4 skills
- Salary- Negotiate (Base on experience)
Working Hour: 8:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
