ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The key responsibilities are to
  • Ensure effective management of all HR Functions such as recruitment process, compensations & benefit, training & development, performance management and employee welfare.
  • Develop and review HR policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence and staff experience.
  • Organize and facilitate for developing departmental functions, JDs, and SOP with head of departments.
  • Prepare manpower planning to meet business needs
  • Responsible for end-to-end process of HR system updated such as new joining, probation completion, contract renewal, promotion, transfer, job separation and so on.
  • Lead annual salary review according to the company’s profit, budget, and market rates.
  • Manage the daily operations of HR services, including payroll, taxation, benefits program, and employee data management.
  • Manage payroll, leave, attendance, and employee records
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data stored in employee files; both in electronic form and hard copy.
  • Manage employees’ contract and keeping track of employees’ contract expiration and renewal.
  • Responsible to identify and implement Learning Needs
  • Organize training programmers / workshops according to the Learning Needs.
  • Responsible to assess and report employees’ Learning Outcomes after training programmers / workshops.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement activities, team building, and conflict resolution
  • Conduct the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals
  • Provide support to line managers in applying the Performance Management System
  • Produce regular performance reports for Management Team
  • Perform other related duties assigned by CEO.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Education

  • Any Degree with Diploma in HRD/HRM and MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum (3-5) years’ relevant working experience as HR Manager.
  • Must have experience in all HR functions.
  • Hands-on experience in development and implementation all HR policies, departmental functions, SOPs, KPIs.
  • Must have experience in development of salary, bonus, incentive structure.

Knowledge and Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Accountable for the administration of duties and functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Email.
  • Able to travel.
  • Able to work independently while still a team player with a strong commitment to department / company harmony.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
