Job Requirements

  • ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • HR Management နှင့်ပတ်သတ်သည့် Diploma တစ်ခုခုရပြီးဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • HR Manager ရာထူးဖြင့် စီမံခန့်ခွဲ အုပ်ချုပ်မှု နယ်ပယ်တွင် အလုပ်အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၃) နှစ် နှင့်
    အထက် ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • At Least 10 years experies in related field.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • လိုအပ်ပါက ခရီးသွားနိုင်ရမည်။

Job Description

  • Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization’s management and its employees.
  • To do the facilitate communication between a company’s managers and employees, helping to resolve disputes or complaints and advise executives on relevant policies for workplace conduct.
  • သွက်လက် တက်ကြွစွာ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ပြီး Company ၏ Process ကို ချောမွေ့စွာ လည်ပတ်နိုင်ရန်
  • Management အား HR Support အပြည့်အဝပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Other ad-hos duties as assigned by Superior.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
