Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. (More preferable MBA or MPA Completion)
• Minimum of (5) years of HR work experience (experience in the construction industry will be prioritized).
• Good knowledge and understanding of Myanmar’s labor laws.
• Proficient in employee recruitment, training, performance management, and compensation management processes.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and possess leadership skills.
• Proficient in using computers and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to focus on accuracy and detail.
• Reliable and able to maintain the confidentiality of personal information.
Job Descriptions
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s human resources strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Managing the entire employee recruitment, selection, and hiring process (including job posting, screening applications, conducting interviews, checking background information, and negotiating salaries).
• Planning and implementing employee training and development programs.
• Overseeing employee performance management and evaluation processes.
• Managing employee salaries, benefits, and other compensations.
• Handling employee relations, grievances, and disputes.
• Ensuring compliance with the company’s workplace regulations and other relevant laws.
• Maintaining accurate HR records and data and preparing reports.
• Collaborating with other departments and providing human resources advice and support.
• Working to enhance the company’s culture and employee morale.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the specific needs of the construction industry.
• Supervising compliance with safety and health regulations for employees in construction sites.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
