Position Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR leadership role.
  • Knowledge of basic HR theories/models and experience of application in real life work setting.
  • (Herzberg two-factor theory, Maslow hierarchy of needs, 5 Ps model, Ulrich model, etc.)
  • Strong Organization skills & analytical skills
  • Good in English and must be good communication Skill.

Performance monitor

  • Finish up the assigned tasks with quality within the agreed time frame.
  • Work/efforts towards results rather than doing for the sake of doing.
  • Proper coordination with teams to get deeper understanding.

Working Hours:8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternated Off), Sunday & Public Holidays
