Job Requirements

  • Experience 3+ years in HR or Office Administration within a BPO, Shared Services, or similar multi-departmental business environment.
  • Fluency in English and Burmese is required for internal reporting and local coordination.
  • Strong understanding of SOP-driven environments and the ability to work under pressure during high-volume periods.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) for creating and managing daily operational reports.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and discretion regarding company operations.

Job Descriptions

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various departments, ensuring candidates possess the resilience required for high-volume operational work.
  • Facilitate the orientation of new hires, focusing on the strict adherence to Departmental SOPs and the company-wide check-in mechanism.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding benefits, attendance tracking, and local labor law compliance.
  • Assist Department Leads in monitoring staff performance and ensuring task completion across our multi-departmental structure.
  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain a professional work environment for our 24/7 operations teams.
  • Manage the procurement and inventory of hardware and equipment necessary for different departments.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for visiting business associates and senior management attending strategic meetings.
  • Documentation Control: Maintain secure and organized filing systems for employee records, corporate licenses, and departmental reports.
  • Process Assistance: Provide administrative help in organizing the high volume of documentation required for our ongoing business expansion and project-based work.

Working Hours: 10:00AM to 5:30PM
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
