Job Requirement
- Any graduate, Diploma or Certificate in HR Management.
- 3 years above experience in related field.
- Managing for Days to Day Operations of the HR Department.
- To make sure all the processes are in compliance with labor law.
- Assist in Compliance Management to the Deputy Principal.
- Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing interview materials.
- Coordinating and managing the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary information and resources.
- Maintaining and updating employee data in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and other relevant information.
- Preparing and distributing pay-slips to employees, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- To do Visa, FRC, Form-C and other government process for non-local teachers.
- To do Apartment rentals process for non-local teachers.
- Ensuring that all payroll processes are compliant with current tax laws and regulations.
- Manage and handle for Orientation Program.
- Manage HRIS data accuracy (System and Finger Print).
- Manage for the after-probation period, confirmation of the employees.
- Manage Government Relations and Administration process.
- Managing and Scheduling cleaning staff and security staff for duty roster.
- Handling Warning Cases and Handling the resignation process.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
