Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
Minimum 5 years of HR experience with strong background in Recruitment & Training.
Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment processes and employer branding.
Strong knowledge in Training & Development, employee onboarding, and learning systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead HR team members and collaborate with different departments.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/Recruitment systems.
Good command of English (both written & spoken).

Job Descriptions

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
Oversee training and development programs for employees at all levels.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design annual training & development plans.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and evaluate ROI.
Ensure smooth execution of induction and orientation programs for new hires.
Partner with management to identify workforce gaps and future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment metrics, training records, and regular HR reports for management review.

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Holiday: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
