Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder, Diploma in HR Management
- Must be fluent in speaking English.
- At least 5 years working experience in Hotel & Residence field as Recruitment Manager.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Managing employee salary and benefits
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Monitoring employee turnover rates and examining the reasons behind high turnover
- Developing and implementing HR strategies in line with business strategies
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5:00 P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
