Job Description
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure all positions are filled in accordance with the company’s manpower setup and staffing plan.
• Work closely with respective department managers to create accurate and role-specific job descriptions for each position.
• Create and post job advertisements on various channel.
• Source candidates through resumes, databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Review and shortlist CVs accurately based on required qualifications, competencies, and experience.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to evaluate their suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate candidate documentation.
• Conduct reference checks and support onboarding activities when required.
• Prepare and submit monthly recruitment reports, providing updates on recruitment status, progress, and key metrics.
Job Qualifications
• Any Graduate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to review, filter, and select CVs aligned with job requirements.
• Knowledge of HR practices, recruitment processes, and interviewing techniques.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Holidays: Sunday and Gezette Holiday
