Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree
• Prefer certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Must have experience(2) in HR field
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and SSB benefits.

Job Description

• To be responsible for employee attendance and leave records.
• To check & calculate overtime calculation process.
• To arrange & prepare the documentation for the SSB clinic and SSB office (coordination with the government office).
• To handle SSB claims and their processes.
• Arranging vacancy announcements, selecting shortlisted candidates, and preparing the interview appointments.
• Collect all required documents from new employees and assist in personnel filing.
• Maintain and update the candidate database promptly.
• Preparing for orientation, onboarding, document processing, and other necessary arrangements for newcomer employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HR manager.

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:00PM
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holidays
