Job Requirements
• Any University Graduate with HR Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 0-2 years’ in entry level or related HR Shared Service experience.
• Energetic, flexible, result-oriented and committed with ‘Can Do’ attitude.
• Able to grasp new skills and procedures quickly with minimal direction.
• Good communication skills with proficiency in English language.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Job Descriptions
• Handle full spectrum of HRBP & Operation Function.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and policies.
• Monitor attendance and leave management effectively.
• Manage worker recruitment process, fulfills SSB contributions, and facilitates overtime working permit applications in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Handle and administer of employees’ benefits effectively.
• Ensure employees’ data is accurate and updated within the relevant systems.
• Calculate monthly payroll with payroll system.
• Manage HR operational reports within timeline.
• Performs assignment upon business requirement.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
