Job Requirements
- တက္ကသိုလ်ဘွဲ့ (HR နှင့် ပါတ်သတ်သော Certificate ရှိရမည်)
- HR Field တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံ (၂) နှစ်အထက်ရှိသူ
- Myanmar Labour Law နဲ့ စည်းမျဉ်းများကို နားလည်သူဖြစ်ရမည်
- Microsoft Office ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုရှိရမည်
- Confidentiality ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်မှု
- Communication skill, problem-solving skill
- ဝန်ထမ်းအသစ်ခေါ်ယူခြင်း စိစစ်ခြင်း၊ ရွေးချယ်ခြင်း၊ အင်တာဗျူးပေးခြင်း
- Attendance & Leave process ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
- ဝန်ထမ်း ခွင့်/ပျက်ကွက်စာရင်းများ စနစ်တကျ စုစည်းခြင်း
- SSB ကိစ္စနှင့် အစိုးရရုံးများသို့ oင်ထွက်သွားလာနိုင်ရမည်။
- Monthly salary data သွင်းခြင်းနှင့် overtime list ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Publics Holidays
