Job Requirements
• Age must be 25 to 38 years old
• Any graduate, Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to recruitment reporting and performance tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Multicultural Awareness and Respectable Social Dealing
• Good communication skill both verbal and written
• Microsoft Office packages (expect- Advance Excel)
Job Responsibilities
• Execute recruitment strategies aligned with Business Unit manpower plans
• Communicate closely with Head of department and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective, market-relevant recruitment solutions for the retail sector.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient end to end process.
• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms, job fairs and recruitment agencies.
• Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers on hiring progress, talent availability, and labor market insights.
• Communicate effectively with candidates regarding role requirements, organizational culture, and company values.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment records and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes, employer branding, and workforce solutions beyond core hiring activities.
Working Hour: 8:30 AM -5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday ,Sunday & Public Holidays
