Job Requirements
- Any graduate with Diploma (or) Certificate in Human Resources Management
- Age of 23 and 30
- (2) years and above working experience in related field
- Understanding of the current local labor law, Leadership and negotiation skills
- Familiar with the Computer (Microsoft Excel)
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Able to work under pressure
Job Descriptions
- Assist to do the all HR Administration; recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits
- Assisted to check the employee attendance
- Do the communication with other Dept and then solve the problem of employee and employer
- Check to have systematic record keeping and personal data control
- To support and report to Management in term of human resources issues
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
