Job Requirements
- ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှိပြီး HR Management နှင့်စပ်လျဉ်းသည့်နယ်ပယ်တွင် အနည်းဆုံး ၃ နှစ်အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Distribution field တွင် HR အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်
- ဦးဆောင်မှုစွမ်းရည်ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) နှင့် HR Software များ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Communication နှင့် Interpersonal Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- Recruitment process အပြည့်အစုံကို စီမံဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- HR policy များရေးဆွဲခြင်းနှင့် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ဝန်ထမ်းများအတွက် performance review system တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- HR database နှင့် attendance records များပုံမှန် update ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်းတည်ငြိမ်မှုအတွက် Training & Development activities များ စီမံနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Labour Law နှင့်အညီလုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုစစ်ဆေးနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: One day per week
